Managing Partner Stephen Russell was a founding member of the Queensland Law Society’s ADR Committee. He and our partners have participated in all forms of ADR, including negotiation, case appraisal, mediation and commercial arbitration throughout Australia and internationally.
Stephen is also registered with the Supreme Court of Queensland as a Case Appraiser. Through him, Russells takes engagements to act as mediator in all forms of business and corporate disputes. We can help with the following:
