Our History
Founded in 1993, Russells has always been a business law firm specialising in commercial litigation including a strong corporate insolvency practice.
Recent growth has seen us expand into other areas of business law.
Our clients include listed and unlisted public companies, major insolvency practitioners, banks and financial institutions, government agencies, professionals, private clients and numerous small and medium enterprises (SMEs). We have acted in some of the largest and most complex corporate and commercial disputes, including litigation in all major Australian Courts.
Some of our business clients will require our services only once or twice in their personal or corporate lives. We respect the reasons why clients come to us and do not bombard them with attempts to cross-market other services.
